Summary: Rules are done. There is a January 1, 2012 deadline for Class A, B and C operators. Class B operators must ensure a monthly inspection (new requirement) will be performed. State-approved or nationally recognized and state-specified exams are allowed for As and Bs. Class A and B operators must register with Utah DEQ and pay applicable frees. Class B must keep a list of Class C operators. Class B operators, or another designated individual, must be present for inspections.

PTS Status: Our Class C course is considered acceptable by the UT DEQ.
