Rules in Effect: Yes but guidelines still being developed

Summary: Beginning August 8, 2012, there will be training requirements for individuals who operate, maintain, or are responsible for addressing emergencies presented by spills or releases from a UST. The training program must receive prior approval by the WVDEP. Upon approval the training may be conducted multiple times at multiple locations.
